DELIVERY AND SALES TERMS, ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Paid products can be picked up from our delivery warehouse in Germany 24 hours after full payment is received, or you can ask the carrier you ordered to pick them up.
Product prices include VAT and German excise taxes.
We charge an 8.00 EUR packaging surcharge for orders under 75.00 EUR.
Nerttidrinks sells all products freely in the German warehouse and does not handle the transport.
If you want to cancel your order, it must be done before your order has been handed over to the carrier you have authorized and to the other party that will pick up your order.
If the authorities intervene in the delivery of the order, for example because the required taxes or tax securities have not been paid - the actions of the authorities are not grounds for canceling the order.
After pickup, the order cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to exchange an out-of-stock product for a similar product without separate notification.
If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced with a similar product or if the product is missing from the order for some other reason (picking error) - it will be compensated financially. 
Nettidrinks will not reship the products.

PRODUCTS MISSING FROM THE ORDER

If you notice defects in the products you ordered, you must report these defects by e-mail [email protected] no later than 7 days after you have received the products.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS OF PRODUCTS

We try to make product descriptions as accurate as possible, but since they are based on information provided by the wholesaler/producer, Nettidrinks cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
The pictures of the products are indicative and the product you receive may not look the same because the producers are constantly developing the appearance and content of their products.

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Nettidrinks pays a full refund for potentially defective products - due to legislation, Nettidrinks cannot resend products.

AGE LIMIT

The subscriber must be at least 20 years old!

ARRANGEMENT OF SHIPPING FROM GERMANY TO HOME

If the customer does not want to pick up the goods from our pick-up point in Germany, he must arrange the transport for his order himself.
When ordering, you can inform us which transport company you intend to order the transport from or whether you will pick up the products yourself from our warehouse in Germany.

The transport order is placed directly with the transport company - Nettidrinks is not involved with that process.
We will send you an order confirmation from which you will receive all the information necessary to place the transport order (the weight of the order, the address of the pick-up point).


TAXES IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY

Depending on the country of destination, you should normally submit a tax return yourself to the tax collector in your home country within 2 - 4 days of receiving the goods at the latest.

We do not notify the authorities of your home country about the order separately, but you have to make this notification yourself.

HERE IS HOW YOU MAKE AN ORDER

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart
    Start by adding the products you want to the shopping cart.
    By adding products to the shopping cart, you can see the development of the weight of your order and examples of transport prices from Germany based on the weight.
  2. Go to the checkout and pay for the drink order
    When you have added all the products you want to the shopping cart, it is time to proceed to the checkout and pay for the order.
    When you've filled in all the information at the checkout, it's time to pay for your drink order.
    In connection with your first order, we ask for your address information and you can create a username with at least 5 numbers/letters (the username can also contain mixed letters and numbers).
    The username is your free choice, but it will make your business easier with the following orders and it is easy to check the status of your order.
    Choose a payment method. If you choose the option "Bank transfer", you will receive payment information in your email.
  3. Choose the delivery method
    Order delivery from the transport company of your choice, pick up the products in Germany or inform later how you want to organise the transport.
  4. We pack your order carefully
    When we have received confirmation of the transport (order number of the transport company / transport documents), the order is transferred to the warehouse for packaging.
    We pack all orders safely, using high-quality packaging materials.
  5. The transport company chosen by you or you yourself can pick up the order
    Please note that the order will be packed ONLY AFTER we have information about paid transportation or that you will come and pick up the order yourself.
    You will receive a packing confirmation by e-mail when your order is ready for pickup, so that the shipping company or you can pick up the order.
    In case of using a transportation company you must report your order to Customs yourself, because the information is not automatically forwarded from us to Customs.
    Orders can be picked up from our warehouse at Tollbrettkoppel 8, Heiligehhafen, Germany.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after the products have been picked up from our warehouse.
